This agave is very oriental looking in its soft blue/grey colors & cream variegation. Its tight round rosette of stiff, sword-shaped leaves, each up to 3 feet long and 2 inches wide, makes a dramatic statement in the landscape and is much favored for use in rock gardens. It will only grow as big as the pot you put it in, but in the ground this can get of real good size! This agave can grow a trunk if trimmed.

This will eventually grow a stalk 10-16 feet tall with yellow/green flowers, reproduces many pups, prefers full sun too part shade, and even though its drought tolerant, it does like deep watering during summer growing season. Winter Hardiness: 20-25° F
